We use Canada Post to ship all products. We send using letter mail so it takes 2-10 business days on average to arrive within Canada. Longer wait time may occur for other countries. Please allow 1-3 days for processing. Gem and Pebble is not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to one with a tracking number and insurance please contact us to discuss the difference in shipping fee. Please allow for longer wait time during busy times of year.

We accept returns or exchanges for 30 days after purchase date. Customer must pay return shipping and item must be returned unused and in the same condition as purchased. Once the item is received, If it is a refund the total amount paid, minus the original shipping fee will be refunded. For exchanges the total amount paid for item, minus the shipping fee can be used to choose new item/items and a new shipping fee may apply.  If you have any questions or concerns please contact us.

Items purchased at markets or craft shows are final sale. However if you have any issues with your item please contact me.

Returns of copper electroformed jewelry due to skin discoloration (turning the skin green) will not be accepted as this is the nature of copper and is described in the listings.

Any import or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
