I use Canada Post to ship all items. Shipping times will vary but generally within Canada is about 2-4 business days, US deliveries can be 7-10 business days and other countries will vary. Due to Covid-19 please allow extra time for shipping. Every package will have tracking and insurance (unless otherwise discussed) so please keep this in mind if you have any concerns about shipping costs as I do my best to make sure all packages arrive safely and in a timely manner. Please allow for longer wait times during busy times of year.
Please double check that your shipping address is correct. Gem and Pebble is not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. Any import or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
We accept returns or exchanges for 30 days after purchase date. Customer must pay return shipping and item must be returned unused and in the same condition as purchased. Once the item is received, If it is a refund the total amount paid, minus the original shipping fee will be refunded. For exchanges the total amount paid for item, minus the shipping fee can be used to choose new item/items and a new shipping fee may apply. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us.
Items purchased at markets or craft shows are final sale. However if you have any issues with your item please contact me.
Returns of copper electroformed jewelry due to skin discoloration (turning the skin green) will not be accepted as this is the nature of copper and is described in the listings.
